Just a guess since I can't get a project generated - it looks like you may be calling done() before writeFiles.call(this) finishes. Try passing done into writeFiles and calling it when that function is done. Here's an example from the main generator of done being passed into another method

Also check my entity audit module. It does a lot of post generation hacks on generated files so you may get some pointers

- Are you sure you added CORS information in the correct part of `application.yml`?
