clear Search Tags input while Clear Image Filter clicked

Although the two are related, I don't think it's right to directly connect them like that because there could be cases where a user would want to clear the image filter but not clear the Search Tags box. However, I do realize that a user trying to clear the Search Tags box might click the Clear Image Filter button and get confused when nothing happens, so I added a button that clears the Search Tags box that only shows up when it is not empty (6d0c31a).
