Error in the extended Kobo driver while modifying the epub to be a kepub. about calibre-kobo-driver HOT 4 CLOSED

Do you have Dropbox, SpiderOak, Microsoft SkyDrive, or any other file syncing service? Most of them allow you to share individual files publicly and give you a link that others can use to access your file.

I have the version 1.1.0 of the plugin.

A mail has been sent to you with a link a box.net storage. You will find there the 2 epubs and the Calibre debug report + error messages by Calibre.

So you're aware, you can still share individual files from Dropbox even if they're in your private folders. In the web interface there's a link to share each file, and the file managers with an official Dropbox extension (Windows Explorer, Mac Finder, GNOME Nautilus) all have a right-click menu option to get a share link.

Also, you're quite a bit out of date. The current version is 1.2.6. I won't make you upgrade and try again though because I see what's causing the error and it's still present. I'll have a new version uploaded shortly, this bug will automatically close when I push it up.
