I saw it directly after I made this issue so felt a bit silly haha. They should probably update the instructions though.

Hi @frasermclean, I'm also encountering this issue. Why did you close it? Did you do something to fix it on your side?

I managed to re-add the EFC menu from Settings -> Appearance & Behavior -> Menus and Toolbars -> Solution View Popup Menu -> Tools -> Add Actions... (the + icon) -> Add Action -> search for "Entity Framework Core" -> select item -> OK

I realised they moved the menu item to the root menu and not under tools any more. Is this what you have?

Hi @BenvdStouwe, it has been moved since 2023.3, please see the screenshot:
The same for the Solution node.
You don't need to add it manually into Tools.
