Thanks for the bug report.
The import button should be next to the work title in the JASRAC work page.
I will test with chrome, maybe I haven't tested with chrome on the latest versions.

I've tried with both the stable build (36.0.1985.143) and the Beta build (37.0.2062.76) on 2 different PCs.
I've tried some other scripts and they're working including your JASRAC Link script.
