`Execution failed for task ':fast_rsa:stripReleaseDebugSymbols'` when building for Android about flutter-rsa HOT 3 CLOSED

I fixed it by upgrading the build:gradle version from 3.6.1 to 4.2.0 in my build.gradle:

    }

        classpath "org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-gradle-plugin:$kotlin_version"

subosito/flutter-action@v1

to

subosito/flutter-action@main
