It is possible to enable Live View on Ring cameras, so it should be possible to request the url for stream somehow. [https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/208144516-Using-Live-View]

It is possible to enable Live View on Ring cameras
cam access available only via sip protocol. you can get url and connect to ring via sip: address (session available only 15 sec).
please be sure what media encryption in protocol disabled.
