Can you attach the output from svn diff command? It may have something to do 
with the
local changes you have made.

you would need to run something like "svn diff > nameofpatch.file.diff" from 
the trunk
directory

I created this patch file (which can be seen by a text editor like WordPad) 
using
TortoiseSVN "Create Patch" menu since I am not familiar with the svn command 
line.
Please let me know if you want me to find/attach other information.

You didn't run IOSKPatch with the -v option.
