Granted, it's not the best solution due to the size of library that you are working with, however if you could rename the directory holding each show with the specific TVDBID, it would go a long way and all you would need to do is rescan the library(ies) you have and Fin will pick up the ID straight away, even in some cases will also convert the IDs so that it can be used with other platforms (like IMDB).

Wouldn't that mean that Jellyfin will have to regenerate trickplay, extract keyframes and chapter images, re-download missing subtitles, images, cast? Given that the library size is very large, that would probably not be a good solution.
