Deleting an item doesn't remove it from the local view about jellyfin-kodi HOT 3 OPEN

I can confirm that this is also a problem when removing a library in the Jellyfin dashboard.

I'm fairly certain this is caused by Kodi's internal file handling. It doesn't automatically delete items from the view/database when they're no longer visible, it puts them in a sort of "trash" state.

We should be able to fix this by calling Kodi's CleanLibrary() function which will remove any inaccessible files from the local database, however this may also remove files that a user wants to keep. It looks like all the delete sql queries are already present, so maybe we can just modify that directly instead of relying on Kodi's internal methods.

Except that I don't think this is consistent. I have recollections of successfully deleting an episode and it being removed from the list.

So this is either a new regression or an intermittent failure.
