Remove() breaks expiration about ttlcache HOT 4 CLOSED

Sorry guys, this package is with some serious trouble and i didn't got time yet to fix, does anyone want to send a PR?

Also, this package don't fit my requirement speed anymore, i'm working with a new project, not released yet that has almost zero gc overhead.

If you guys really need something ready to use, there is others caches here

As for now, I've written code based on ttlcache but possibly too diverged to generate a PR. I know I fixed the issues I saw in ttlcache, but it was so long ago I can't remember what the fixes were.

About your code, if you don't mind you could submit the way it is. My package is already broken, so, if you fixed it's better then stays this way.

Unfortunately my code does something quite different to what ttlcache is supposed to do, so it's by no means a drop-in replacement.
