Updating the issue. We were able to start debugging with logs in Android Studio, and it seems like the issue is that the phonegap-plugin-push is not connecting with this plugin in the way that it expects to.
If anyone has ran into this issue, and could provide any insight that would be very appreciated. Thanks!

hi, @PaulPaulDevelops did your issue is resolved if yes can you please tell me how you resolved this issue just because I'm also facing the same issue. I have set up this plugin and outgoing call is working superb but incoming in not working
