Hi @itxx00, thanks for your report. This is most likely a bug. Can you provide your site name and user name? Hopefully I can reproduce your error and fix the bug.

You're on Python 2.7, so you could try checking out https://github.com/Bouke/django-two-factor-auth/tree/features/unicode-usernames. It is only tested on Python 2.7, and will need some more investigation before it can be merged onto master. Please let me know if it works for you.
