Supposedly mobile worlds since the 1.3 update use the same format as PC (or rather, PC version 1.3.0.7 I guess, although the wiki tells me that that was a beta of 1.3.0.8), so I guess if someone got an older version of TerraCustom, tModLoader, and Terraria, it could already be possible to use whatever features were there back then, and copy it to the mobile device?

(Old TerraMap versions from that time period do work for viewing mobile worlds, so it does seem at least partially compatible.)

Well terraria on iOS is 64bit, because iOS dropped support for 32bit apps long ago.
