unitData.isGathering(); returns false on frame 2, so I believe that something is going wrong serverside (when LatCom is activated), not clientside

To be fair, we could just add another frame of resource gathering to the beginning. IIRC, the worker goes non-idle at the right point, but it definitely could be that the resource gathering flag is updated a frame later. Which would suck.

Fixed in bwapi/bwapi#845 , will be updated in this repo once a new BWAPI version is released
