热招 👋 高级NLP产品经理（北京/深圳）

岗位职责：

  1. 负责公司智能交互型相关产品的客户需求分析，产品规划，产品设计，落地执行和迭代；
  2. 与行业客户充分沟通，深入研究客户在不同阶段的产品需求，细分用户意图，设计符合需求的的产品；
  3. 产品的构架设计，研发需求沟通优先级规划，产品执行落地推动，交付迭代。

任职要求：

  1. 本科以上学历，研究生优先，计算机或相关专业；
  2. 3年以上产品经验，有NLP和对话服务产品方向经验，搭建过 NLP 算法平台优先；
  3. 具有良好学习能力和自我驱动力，主动去学习业务和提出优化点；
  4. 有突出的沟通能力，有多部门协同的项目经验；
  5. 具备较强的逻辑分析能力和产品设计能力，善于数据驱动进行产品优化升级；
  6. 有智能音箱/智能语音交互完整产品设计开发经验优先，ToB 产品和客户经验优先。
