1. Yea, a standard 15W 5V wall adapter works, pretty sure that 10W is already sufficient! You don't need anything fancy!
2. Your best bet is JLCPCB, they won't do everything, soldering what they won't do should be easy. It is definitely the cheapest option. Please note, that the files are not yet optimized for machine assembly. Especially on the LED PCB all leds are the same, this needs to be updated.
3. Sure! This is so much on my todo and in any case if you want I will send it to you right away! It is just a bit ugly :D The firmware for the zigbee module is a binary blob though..

Improvement is very much welcome! It is currently just bad, it does not use the WW and CW leds properly, the color wheel is shifted and very uneven! 🙈
