I found the previous version of f90warp and tested with 0.1.0
I have the same issue.
So my guess is that the problem is generated by the version of gfortan
the configuration that works is using an old version 4.4.7
while the configuration not working is using 5.4.0
the functions with name like f90wrap_part_xn_part_array__array_getitem__items()
were not created in the working configuration

I solved my problem
using last version of gfortran 5.5, i could not use array of derived type outside the module where they are defined. However version 4.7 managed it.
