The package is registered on packagist as james-heinrich/getid3 so either your composer.json is useless and should be removed, or your packagist account needs to be re-created (or maybe you just don't understand what this file is for?)

I hadn't realized I had mixed jamesheinrich and james-heinrich on packagist. I will likely change the getid3 composer.json to james-heinrich as suggested. Thanks for pointing it out.
