This has been addressed with several changes in 83e2cf7:
- in the train() function, you can now specify multiple outcome categories in a list. It will loop through each outcome category and perform a full HP sweep
- due to a change in how model naming is done, you now only need a single batch_train file for each outcome category
- annotations files are recorded in the model HP logging

Due to the complexity of model management, further automation will best be done with the assistance of a front-end user interface which is currently in development (separate repository)
