Thanks for reaching out @astik!
I was able to reproduce the issue but this does not seem to be related to the add-on.
I reported the issue here storybookjs/storybook#15503
NG0303: Can't bind to 'routerLink' since it isn't a known property of 'a'.
The error message you get when leaving out the add-on is related to the RouterModule not being present.
You could verify that the issue is not related to the add-on by removing the router-addon and the routerLink (and other related Routing functionality) from your component and the checking the browser console again.

The NG0303 error was cited in order to check that this addon is acting as mocked Router which it does =)
Without the addon, i'm missing the Routing, with it Routing is mocked (through actions in storybook).
