Hello, the reason why the batch size is 1 is the size of the input (572x572), you could reduce the input size and increase the batch size. I would also recommend you to read the paper if you want to use this architecture https://arxiv.org/abs/1505.04597 They explain that to compensate for the small batch size, they use a high momentum (0.99), good luck!
