Probably the simple first pass here would just be to remove the hyperlink, leave
"5746" alone and remove link: https://java.net/bugzilla/show_bug.cgiid=5746
and maybe explain in the top of the table that we're going to one day extract the old bug info and re-link it.

So yes, if we stopped there we could open a new issue for extracting new info.
