WUnderground returns a description of the alert, the time issued and time it will expire, and the alert's message. They do not give a link to the alert so either we display the whole alert or we do some trickery.

I would like to do the trickery.

Seems like, for any location's page, you can tack on #warn and it will jump you to the Watches and Warnings section. Which would be all that we need.

Example http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=preston%2C+ms#warn

That would be easy to implement. And then, we only have to figure out a way to store the significance of the alert (using Weather.gov's scale) and the name of it. Optionally, we could also store the time.
