Borderless Window Mode about openjk HOT 5 CLOSED

This would probably be a good addition after Linux and Mac support is added. If the devs decide to go with SDL it may be easier to just wait for that point, and then write the code for borderless window mode rather than write it once, and then have to redo it for any changes (major or minor) with SDL/whatever render library they decide to use.

It was platform-specific, but yes I could add it to the native win32 backend eventually.
