Adding support to mermaid about quartz HOT 3 CLOSED

Will leave this outside the scope of Quartz, there seems to be good articles on how to integrate this though (e.g. https://skeptric.com/diagrams-in-hugo/)! The easiest way would be to make a new HTML partial (much like graph.html)
