Google cloud是可以使用国内的visa借记卡，验证时会要求你上传网银截图
其他的不是很确定，但是目前测试大部分时候是可以通过的（余额留1刀用于验证

@pprp 招商银行的可以办,我办过一张银联,一张Mastercard,还有3k额度,现在都2018年了,很多银行都开始发校园卡了.

我想这个是你需要的。 没有门槛，预制 Visa 借记卡，部分小商家会拒绝收单。也请 @ivmm 添加到 README.md ，谢谢。
办卡注意： 带齐本人证件，周一至周五，工作时间，最好省分行办理，小一点银行没有卡储备。
信用卡使用，请各位朋友按时还款，注意自己的信用报告。
