Using the FEnICS software to solve the finite element problem of Brenners equations to calculate the effective diffusion coefficient in channels. The code works with creeping, inertial and no flow. Furthermore it contains a Random Walk method to independently reproduce the result mades with Brenner theory. This code was used to produce the results of "Solute dispersion in channels with periodic square boundary roughness".
