BUG: Several options cannot be selected in the new theme or not visible about ivozprovider HOT 16 CLOSED

Hi!

I'm unable to reproduce this problem yet. A few questions to bring some light:

• Have you rebooted the box after initial install?
• Is there any error message in machine journal when you enter that screen? (check with journalctl -p err -f)
• Are you able to debug the requests using Browser inspector and check the responses?

I tested Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome, all with the same result.

• Any idea how this could be possible?
• What could the error messages possibly mean?

I also have some problems with calling out "No valid Gateway", could this be related to the above error messages? (I reported this problem in the google group)

2 fields that are not visible in the classis version, but are visible in the new one.

So I cannot adjust out of schedule configuration.

All sections seems to work for us,

• Have you tried to access the portal using an private tab?
• Have you tried cleaning the browser cache?
• Could you try to debug the request using the browser inspector (F12 for chrome) and check the response from the server for those requests (language, country, ...)?

Although we have been unable to reproduce this issue, I will keep it open in case someone else is also experimenting this problem.

Hi!

We think we have a solution for this problem. Sadly it could only be implemented in the latest version of the UI library we use for the new portals so I will only be avaible for next 4.x patch version.

As a workaround, you can change your browser language to use English (en) as the first language choice for content.
