Unpickle array from Python 2.6 about pyrolite HOT 3 CLOSED

Sorry but I won't be adding support for the old python 2.6 string based array pickle format. It is quite a hassle to get it right with all of the typecodes, string decoding and machine code numbers.

As a workaround for your case, I suggest converting the array.array to a list.

The string based approach is also used by Python 3.x, the list based approach is only used by Python 2.7 (for unpickable by Python 3.x).

For end users, it's easy to workaround it, but for framework or library, convert array into list will lost the information of type (array).

That's not correct, Python 3 (or rather, pickle protocol 3) encodes array.array as a slightly different format, one that is supported by pyrolite. (it uses typecode+machinecode+byte[], and not a str).
