You can inject the threshold values in the constructor of the MTCNN object. By default the thresholds are these 3 values [0.6, 0.7, 0.7].

    mtcnn = MTCNN(steps_threshold=[0.6, 0.7, 0.7])

I guess your question is not about the implementation of MTCNN but about how to use the results of MTCNN. Am I right?
