remove directory HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Dwm from registry editor and reboot.

I tried today's version, everything is fine. The 5.70 system latency is good.
AMD tweak good. DX11 games now hardly stutter

in dwm its a problem with CpuCicling Value and it breaks directx12. thats why i asking you. but in vm i dont get that so easily.

hm.... CS2, fortnite...
i play these games and i don't have any encountered problems. i playing on AMD and Nvidia GPU, so exactly idk.
i thought the stucking was a DX12 problem, not DX11. so i will close this issue for now.
