3.0.0: Cannot upload iOS app due to failed asset validation about capacitor-assets HOT 4 CLOSED

I have the same issue

Hey all, Can you please open your project in XCode, and select Assets.xcassets. On the right hand side under App Icon the iOS select box should have "Single Size" selected, as shown in the below image.

What I can see is that Capacitor assets v3 is replacing the main 1024px icon but it also seems to be duplicating it and setting that setting to "All Sizes". I wondering if manually changing it back to "Single Size" in XCode is going to fix your problem.
