@erotavlas85 I believe python-jose uses pycryptodome for version 2.0.2 and pure-python rsa module from version 3.0.0
I tried installing python-jose version 2.0.2 as specified in requirments.txt on Windows 10 and it works for me. You could install python-jose with this option python-jose[pycryptodome] and see if that install works for you.

I tried with many configuration, but I was not able to install it. So I switched to pycryptodome.
This is the error during the installation:

@nbhambhani pycryptodome works well for me. It is the legacy pycrypto that only works well under GNU/linux, but not under windows 10.
