Ditto. We're still on version 0.2.3 (can't upgrade because of #79) and we've been getting occasional 403 responses which are being processed by the gem until they raise

JSON::ParserError: 757: unexpected token at '<html> <head><title>403 Forbidden</title>
</head> <body bgcolor="white"> <center><h1>403 Forbidden</h1></center>
<hr><center>nginx</center> </body> </html> '

Hi,

The issues around the capturing errors within the gem should be resolved with v2 of the gem; which maps to our newer API, though I appreciate that you might not be able to run Ruby 2.0. If there's a particular call which is returning the HTML response, could you let me know either here or via Intercom and I'll take a further look.

Thanks,

Jamie
