Similar problem is when expecting some complex value (which is somehow converted into map) and one of the expected values is created via the "variabl A initially (B + 1)" idiom the value converter converts this idiom into a submap looking like "{firstOperand=40000101, moreOperands=[Ljava.lang.Object;@5bbfa4, operators=[Ljava.lang.Object;@182cd18}" instead of evaluating the expression e.g. into an integer value.

Okay, I can definitely recreate the problem (tried it first with the map, so I got the problem there as well, but will retry it with an object specifying concrete target types as well). I'll try to fix this as soon as possible.

Sorry for this taking so long, I finally came around to fix this issue. As this is a rather severe bug, I've pushed bugfix release 0.12.2 out event for just this one fix.
