Add CI/CD about instapy-docker HOT 4 CLOSED

I wasn't aware about it, but it's already setup :) I close this issue !

Honestly, I don't know have any links or something elese. I asked @timgrossmann on Discord and he told me everything is already setup. And indeed it is, I pushed a new Dockerfile on this repo and the image has been automatically built on the Dockerhub repo.

Ah, I see. This is making use of Docker Hub automated builds. In my opinion it's still a good idea to have some form of CI/CD instead, otherwise master can be broken.

For example, if you only have Docker Hub automated builds, I can merge a commit to master which breaks the build. With CI in place a build would be run on each PR (instead of only on master with Docker Hub builds) and master would always be guaranteed to not break.
