Instagram detected an unusual login attempt about instapy-docker HOT 7 CLOSED

I was running interactive using these flags:

sudo docker run  -i -t --name instapy 

from instapy-docker.

Changing docker to interactive mode seems to solve it, maybe we can add to doucmentation

Also how to make the docker instapy less likely to be flagged?

Glad to know it's resolved, but not sure what was the root cause. What do you mean by "interactive" ? Running the command but without -d? If it is the case, there is no reason you had the problem and it may related to your InstaPy configuration and not related to docker.

As far as I know, there is quite no different settings to be less flagged, both (classic way & docker way) are the running exactly the same code, the sae way - headless browser - and are detected the same way.

Ok ! Honestly I don't know why it's not working in daemon mode, it should work. There is, in theory, no differences except output are not prompted in stdout. Maybe you should ask how this feature is working on the instapy repo?

After a few more days Instapy finally started running but still asks for verification code every time.

I'll update you in case I find something more.

I think verification code may be related to your cookie file. Have you tried to delete it?
