Which package and module should orphan Arbitrary instances go?

Perhaps Plutus.Contract.Test.Arbitrary? Or somewhere else?

Hi! Thanks for the issue!

Yeah, the current instance of Value is very rudimentary and is not actually properly used for tests at current moment.

Feel free to open a PR with your proposed instance!
