are you running this in the project root directory? If you are not in a ruby motion project, or happen to be in another folder (such as the /app directory of the project) then you would in fact experience the issue you are reporting.

Oh, shame on me. Thought it will generate a brand new project with this controller scaffold.

yeah it works the same as a rails controller generator, but unlike rails the generator runs anywhere anytime.. 👍
