New rule: no space before/after specific text about elvis_core HOT 6 CLOSED

This can go in elvis_text_style.

Rule can be defined as

{elvis_text_style, no_space, #{ after => [$(, ${], before => [$), $}] }}

for example.

I'm picking this up.

The rule will be more generic than just "operators", especially since ( and { are not operators. It'll work on top of "tokens" (any text).
Newlines are not considered, as per the initial proposal.
The rule will be disabled by default and go in elvis_style (elvis_text_style works on "text", not tokens).
