I'm currently based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia newly working in IT as a Desktop Systems Engineer. It's been a wild transition going from pumping out projects with "roll-your-own" built on open-source, to maintaining Windows SOE with enterprise tools.
Previously, I worked for a company that specialised in virtual tours, YouTour (YouTour was awarded 52nd place as one of AFR's 100 Fastest Growing Startups in 2021!) As Senior Video Editor, I was responsible for increasing speed, efficiency and scalability of our post-production timeline. I developed scripts, CLI/GUI apps and setup docker containers and CI/CD workflows for the post-production pipeline. A lot of my work is open-source and you can find it here!

- Patchwork: git-style deliverable diffing and patching (even h.264/5!)
- REX: batteries-included tooling for full project backup management in Davinci Resolve
- Snapper: timeline "snapshot" management for Davinci Resolve
- Squawk: automatic, accurate translated transcriptions for DaVinci Resolve using OpenAI's Whisper
