The polyfills work on Firefox 68 for me on Android AFAICT...
Rewriting the function to take the UA directly, my UA seems to pass the test:

It looks as if Tablet
in the UA is breaking that. Is there a reason the Razer 2 would be considered a tablet? (Is it a tablet?)
There's actually another isMobile
function in the webxr-polyfill src/utils which looks like the same function; should probably reuse the same function so we don't have duplicate functions here.

Hey, thanks for the quick response.
Well, that's very odd. Looks like there's something wrong with my phone's userAgent setting, I didn't enable desktop mode or changed any settings though.
I guess this is just my phone's problem, as it's quite a minor device.
