Lacking Support for pandas Version 1.0.0 about spliceai HOT 7 CLOSED

I would like to try SpliceAI but I have the same error.
I don't understand how to do the fix you have indicated. Do we have to modify one of the python script? Or the easiestway is still to downgrad Pandas?

@austensutherland I believe replacing .get_values() with .to_numpy() at 7 different instances in utils.py (https://github.com/Illumina/SpliceAI/blob/master/spliceai/utils.py) should resolve this issue.

Also, the dependency on pandas needs to be upgraded from 'pandas>=0.23.0' to 'pandas>=0.24.2' if I am not mistaken.

I am curious to learn your inputs regarding the same!
