How to launch test data retrieved from Expansion Hunter repository about reviewer HOT 2 CLOSED

Now I've made some attempts (with test data) and as I suppose have succeeded better results. nonetheless, that's another error..

Got it :) according to Illumina/ExpansionHunter#62 I've replaced (A|T) into (R)* and "SmallVariant" into "Repeat" in example .json file.
I think I may close it.
