@stopfstedt fine fix, BUT:
currently only works in FF. Fails to pre-load/load in Chrome and IE.
Reassigning for further work.

alright, moved the initial "loading course details" status message further up in the page assembly process.
works better with Chrome, great in FF. IE is still a basket case.
please re-review on ilios-dev.

tested in FF, chrome, and Safari. All acceptable responses.Not bothering at this point with IE9 -- it loads on a blank screen which is in some ways better than with an erroneous tag.
