Email not receiving while fax is receiving about ictfax HOT 6 CLOSED

please check your server's internet connectivity, especially name server settings, and please make sure that dns resolution is working fine.

I am able to resolve it. Actually i didn't add smtp settings in providers tab.

i can Receive /send Faxes but im not getting any Mail.
Log file says:
"The Email Authentication after 3 tries not possible.
Ive added smtp as Provider on port 465 because my provider does only accept TLS connections.

I could send mails successfully without any Mail provider using the shell tool sendmail.Does Ictfax needs smtp provider or it does use sendmail tool?

Do i miss something here?

yes i have deleted all Mail Provider and added it again and only once.
As i remeber you have to assign this mail to the user who is getting the fax.

System restart and it should work.

If you Provider use STARTTLS the you have to put then right smtp port for that.

As Microsoft says:
smtp.office365.com
STRTTLS: 587

Thanks. I have reset the provider but STARTTLS is an issue ... everything else is working.
