Unnecessary base..ctor(); call about ilspy HOT 5 CLOSED

Removing the base..ctor(); would change the semantics - the base constructor would be called before the field assignment so we can not remove the line untill we implement something the push the inline field initializations out of the constructor.

Implemented in cfe8df5; but this currently works only when you select a type - if you select just the individual constructor, then there's no field to which the initializer could be moved.

I think in that case that everything before and including the base..ctor call should be removed, so the c`tor looks like the one originally written. If we want not to hide the fields initialization information it can be added as a comment.
