update: Render database free tier is 90 days only
from partitelle-bot.

awesome news: once the free tier is expired you can create a new one.
The only constraint is that you can have only 1 free tier per time
from partitelle-bot.

Decision: use single repo to handle PartitelleBot and PartitelleBotTest, they both query the same db but there will be two tables, respectively for main and test bot

Final result:
two branches have been created:
- main for PartitelleBot connected with a pipeline to partitelle-bot Render instance
- test for PartitelleBotTest connected with a pipeline to partitelle-bot-test Render instance
plus one backup branch with the situation before the migration.
Both the above instances connect to the same db instance and they interact with two separate tables
from partitelle-bot.
