Extract particles bug about xmipp HOT 5 CLOSED

Hi @rsanchezgarc , it might take some time to fix this, in the meantime you could remove the mic from ctf set where fitQuality = None (or maybe no value)

I've just run the scipion test xmipp3.tests.test_protocols_xmipp_mics.TestXmippExtractParticles test. Then, I've opened the generated project where I've run the gCtf protocol. Afterwards, I've copied the "extract with ctf" protocol by swapping the xmippCtf to the gCtf and the protocol finishes well and the output looks good.

I don't know which difference would be between the issue case and this... but just FYI.

the problem is that gctf maybe failed(?) on one of the mics and got None value in the output (for non-critical output like fitQuality) which cant be parsed to float

That is! Black mrc file. So there should be a way to skip those.

@rsanchezgarc realized that the problem source was the updating of the system libraries with apt-get upgrade. After re-instaling CUDA toolkit and NVIDIA-drivers, the problem is fix.

I close this. Feel free to re-open if some issue.
